Lumicello provides a personalized learning platform for children and families, including:

• A digital learning platform with personalized recommendations
• The Curiosity Fingerprint personalization system
• Physical Exploration Kits and educational materials

2. Account Registration

Creating an Account

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

Accounts for Children

4. Exploration Kits and Purchases

Orders and Payment

When you purchase Exploration Kits or other products:

• You agree to pay all charges at the prices listed at the time of purchase
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• All prices are in Thai Baht unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The Services and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, the Curiosity Fingerprint system, and software, are owned by Lumicello or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMICELLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Services

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumicello, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
